4. Returns

4.1. Return Period

You have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with current consumer rights legislation.

4.2. Conditions for Returning Products

  • Product Condition: Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with original packaging and labels intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns of items that show obvious signs of use, stains, or other defects not reported immediately upon receipt.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective product or an item that does not correspond to your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

4.3. Exclusions

  • Promotional or Sale Items: Products on promotion or sale may be subject to special conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4.4. Return Costs

  • Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs, provided the defect or error is reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Customer Responsibility: For returns due to any other reason, the customer is responsible for the associated shipping costs.

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions and the address to send the product.
  3. Shipping the Product: Send the product back to us following the provided instructions.
  4. Refund Processing: Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4.6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original currency (Euros) and via the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

5. Warranty Policy

5.1. Duration of Warranty

All our products are covered by a legal warranty of 2 years from the date of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and material issues that affect the functionality or quality of the product.

5.2. Warranty Coverage

The warranty includes only factory defects or quality issues detected at the time of delivery or after proper use of the product, such as:

  • Defective Seams: Stitches that are improperly sewn or come apart.
  • Anomalous Material Issues: Materials that break, tear, or discolor abnormally.
  • Faulty Components: Buttons, zippers, or other components that do not function correctly from the outset.

5.3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages caused by:

  • Improper Use: Tears, stains, burns, or other damages caused by the customer.
  • Normal Wear and Tear: Degradation resulting from continuous or frequent use of the product.
  • Incorrect Washing or Maintenance: Damages caused by not following care instructions indicated on the product label.
  • Improper Handling: Alterations of the product such as adjustments, modifications, or repairs performed by third parties.

5.4. Requirements to Apply for Warranty

To request warranty service, the customer must:

  1. Notify Us: Inform us of the issue within 14 calendar days of detecting the defect.
  2. Provide Details: Submit a detailed description of the problem along with photographic or video evidence.
  3. Product Condition: Ensure the product shows no signs of improper use or tampering.

5.5. Claim Procedure

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service via our contact form or email at info@alemanystudio.com, providing your order number and attaching evidence of the defect.
  2. Evaluation: We will assess your claim and, if applicable, instruct you on how to return the product for inspection.
  3. Inspection: Once received, our technical team will inspect the product to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty.

5.6. Solutions Upon Acceptance

If the defect is confirmed to be covered by the warranty, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Repair: The product will be repaired at no additional cost, if possible.
  • Replacement: The product will be replaced with an identical or similar item.
  • Refund: In exceptional cases, a refund of the purchase price may be issued.

Shipping Costs for Repairs or Replacements: If the claim is valid, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the product for repair or replacement.

5.7. Invalid Claims

If, after inspection, it is determined that the issue is not covered by the warranty (e.g., damage due to misuse), the customer may:

  • Retrieve the Product: Receive the product back at their own expense.
  • Out-of-Warranty Repair: Request a repair outside of the warranty period, if available.

5.8. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse claims that present clear evidence of abuse of the warranty policy, such as attempts to return used products under the guise of defects. In cases of reasonable doubt, we may require additional documentation or proof to support the claim.

5.9. Final Provisions
